- Do not accept gifts over $500 related to SMS service.
Conflicts of Interest
- Disclose potential conflicts; step back when needed.
Safety & Events
- Follow safety procedures; report hazards immediately.
Communications & Social Media
- Only authorized individuals speak for SMS; personal posts must be respectful and nonconfidential.
Members-at-Large
- Attend Board meetings (except Executive Session), liaise with members, and complete assignments.
Reporting Concerns
- Report issues to the Volunteer Coordinator, Governance Chair, Board
President, or Treasurer.
- No retaliation for good-faith reports.
